Mr. Moore was admitted to practice law in 1993. His practice involves estate planning, real estate, business law including, but not limited to, real estate transactional matters, including structuring 1031 exchanges and representing buyers and sellers in purchase and sale residential and commercial property along with contracts, mechanics liens, construction law, mergers and acquisitions, general civil trial practice and estate planning.
Mr. Moore received his undergraduate degree from Stetson University in Business Administration; Juris Doctorate Degree, Cum Laude, from Stetson University College of Law. Mr. Moore lectures business and real estate groups and associations on mergers, acquisitions, business, real estate and estate planning. Mr. Moore is admitted to practice law before the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida and Florida state courts. He holds professional memberships in the Florida Bar Real Estate and Probate Section; and the Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Realtors Association. He is also president of the Rotary Club of Largo.
